In a skillet fry garlic and onions till the onions soften, add ground beef and cook under medium heat until all the water evaporates, then add tomato paste and cilantro and cook for about 3 more minutes.


Place cooked pasta in a baking tin, add the meat sauce and cover with a layer of cheese. Bake for about 10 min till all the cheese melts. Serve with garlic bread.
